By accessing, using, viewing, transmitting, caching or storing this site or any of its services, functions, materials, or contents, you shall be deemed to have agreed to each and all the terms, conditions, and notices in this site ("agreement") without modification. If you are not an authorized user, and if you do not agree to the terms of Agreement for use.

For any reservations or other services for which fees may be charged, you agree to abide by the terms or conditions of purchase imposed, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with all rules and restrictions regarding availability of rates, products, or services. You shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of this Site.

Wireless reservations.
Functionality is not guaranteed with all types of mobile devices in using this Site. In addition, the connection to a mobile device will not work if your device is not configured for SSL encryption. You should contact your service provider directly for technical assistance or any questions. Please note that security features vary by carrier/service provider and mobile device. Additional minutes/charges may apply and may be charged by your mobile carrier/service provider.

Currency conversion.
Currency rates are based on publicly available sources and should be used as guidelines only. Room rates are guaranteed only in UNITED STATES DOLLARS (USD). Currency quotes are not updated every day. The currency information supplied by this web site is believed to be accurate, but SM and/or its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates do not warrant or guarantee such accuracy.

Limited license to view and copy.
The content and information displayed on this Site (“SM Materials”) is the property of SM and/or other parties. The downloading, reproduction, or retransmission of SM information, other than for non-commercial individual use, is strictly prohibited.

If you have been provided with a login and password, then any such login and password are for your personal use only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login and password and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must notify SM immediately in the event that the security of your login or password has been breached.

Search Maldives will provide a confirmations slip upon confirmation of your stay. Once you are done with the payment,
we will provide a payment received acknowledgment slip.

Search Maldives will arrange all the transfers to & from the resorts. The client is not allowed to arrange transfers by
themselves or with any outside party and such bookings will not be accepted by Search Maldives.

Transfer by Speedboat
Mostly, nearby Resorts to Male' International Airport do have return transfer by Speedboat.
Transfer by Speedboat will be arranged during daylight or night time depending on client’s International flight schedule.

Transfer by Seaplane / Domestic Airline
Baggage allowance is 20 kg and 5 kg hand luggage. Any excess baggage is chargeable at a cost of USD 2 per kg.
Access to Airport lounge will allow complimentary drinks and snacks.
Transfer to the resort within 2 hours after arrival.
Departing guests will be transferred to the airport at least 3 hours before their scheduled international departure/flight

Transfer by Seaplane
Seaplane is available during daylight hours only. Guest arriving at Male International Airport after 1530hrs
(latest reporting time for seaplane check-in is 1600hrs) or departing with flights before 0900hrs will need to stay
overnight in Male City or airport hotel. Transfer will be provided the next morning with the first available flight,
Due to extreme weather conditions, transfer may not be available at a designated time and the resort or
Search Maldives is not liable for any compensation arising such delays. Every effort will be made to transfer
guests from the airport to the resort within 2 hours of guest check-in at the seaplane terminal.

If the guest have any complaints during their stay in the Maldives, same should be notified in
writing to the resort OR handling agent (Search Maldives Pvt Ltd.), before their departure from Maldives.
If any Tour Operator or Travel Agent receives a complaint from a client from the guest related to services booked
through Search Maldives Pvt Ltd., same should be notified with original complaint in writing within 14 days
from the departure of the client from Maldives

Any complaints or claims received after the mentioned period will not be actioned.

All cancellations or amendments will not be accepted until they have been reconfirmed by Search Maldives
either by fax or e-mail

Cancellation policy is depending on different resorts policy. However, the minimum Cancellation Policy is as follows.
Cancellation 45 days before arrival: 50% of the total invoiced value
Cancellation 30 days before arrival: 100% of the total invoiced value.

Any clients or agent who does not have a contract or credit facilities are to settle the payment as follows.

* Full payment to be made within 05 working days to our Bank Account (Account details will be
advised in our Invoice) upon confirmation of any booking.
* For Short Notice / Last minute bookings – 100% of payment to be made upon confirmation.
Failing to do so in complying with the above terms will result in booking being CANCELLED automatically by the reservation system.
Any discrepancy on our invoice should be notified within 72hrs of receipt. No reductions on our invoices are allowed at any circumstance without our authorization.
